A true people’s cafe
The Cosy Corner cafe in the heart of Camberley town centre, is run by the people for the people. It is run by our cafe manager and a team of enthusiastic and friendly volunteers. The cafe operates on a non-profit basis, serving affordable snacks and beverages for everyone, any surplus money goes to fund SHAC’s other activities within the local community, such as our Befriending Service.
The cafe offers a warm and friendly place for people to rest when shopping, or a place to just visit, where you can meet and chat with old or new friends.
Open from Tues through to Saturday, 10 am till 2 pm
✨ We’re back—and we’ve got a new name! ✨ After a thoughtful refurb and a sprinkle of autumn magic, our beloved SHAC Café is reopening as The Cosy Corner, a refreshed space where community warms the soul.
A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers, supporters, and friends who helped bring this transformation to life. The heart of the café remains the same — welcoming, friendly, and run by the people for the people — just a little cosier.
