Job Opportunity: Events Co-ordinator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Events Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, has a talent for organising events, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Charity Events: Plan, organise, and oversee various charity events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve our objectives.
- Hosting Events: Act as the main host during events, welcoming attendees, ensuring a pleasant experience, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Handling Payments: Manage event-related financial transactions, including ticket sales and donations.
- Organising Raffles and Quizzes: Set up and run engaging activities such as raffles and quizzes to entertain participants and raise funds.
- Recruiting and Supporting Volunteers: Attract, train, and support a team of dedicated event volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance they need.
