Tea & Chatter

We usually hold our Tea and Chatter Parties for our elderly, isolated, and vulnerable residents on the first Sunday of every month, we chose Sunday because it is often the loneliest day of the week.
Volunteer hosts open their homes, usually on one Sunday afternoon a year to provide high tea for the guests and their drivers.
Our team of volunteer drivers collects one or two guests from their homes and goes with them to the tea party, stays and has tea, and then takes them home afterward.
These groups enable new relationships to develop and flourish and gives the guests a date on the calendar to look forward to.
We need your help, we are always looking for volunteers with suitable facilities to host a Tea and Chatter Party for us and volunteer drivers too, if you can help us please do contact us.
