A Christmas Wish…

A few weeks ago I put the post below on all our social media channels, I am now thrilled to say our wish came true thanks to the wonderful pupils and Teachers from Y7 at Immanuel College.

Over 300 Christmas cards are on their way! All Y7 students were invited to write a Christmas card for an elderly person living 220 miles away in Surrey for a charity campaign with Surrey Heath Age Concern CIO to enable as many elderly people as possible to receive a Christmas card. Well done and thank you Y7, there were some extremely thoughtful messages written.

Our “Thank you” letter is on route to them as we speak…

Dear Zoe and all Year 7 Students,
Surrey Heath Age Concern would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to Immanuel
College and all Year 7 students for participating in our Christmas Wish Campaign 2024.
You rock! Your involvement is going to put a smile on the faces of many of our elderly
residents here in Surrey Heath.
Your creativity, kindness, and community spirit shine brightly, especially during this festive
season. The thoughtful wishes and messages you’ve created will bring joy and warmth to
our older community members, reminding them that they are cherished and remembered.
We are truly grateful for your support and enthusiasm. The impact of your contributions is
immeasurable, and we look forward to continuing this wonderful tradition in the years to
come. Thank you once again for making a difference and for spreading holiday cheer!
